How can I wash your products?
We recommend washing our products by hand.
Improper washing in the dishwasher can cause permanent damage to the goods (so-called smoke, which can no longer be removed).
Can you help me choose a gift?

How can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or completely cancel your order by sending your request along with the order number to the email: objednavky@fister.sk.
Please do so as soon as possible, as we try to process our orders as promptly as possible and the goods may already be on their way to you.
When can I pick up my order for personal collection?
All products in the e-shop are in stock at our store in Poprad.
You can pick up your order anytime during our opening hours (Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00)
Payment options
What payment options do you offer when purchasing through the e-shop?
When purchasing through the e-shop, you can pay in the following ways:
- Card payment
- Payment to account SK44 0900 0000 0051 7985 7217 (please indicate the order number or your name and surname as a variable symbol)
- Cash on delivery (+2.50€)
How can I pay at the store?
You can pay at the store:
- in cash
- by Visa, MasterCard.
Postage and packaging
What is the price of postage and packaging to Slovakia?
Packet – delivery to the address €6.5.
Packet – delivery to the dispensing point €5.
Can I order goods abroad?
We have many years of experience in shipping goods abroad, so you don't have to worry. Just select international delivery in the "Order & Payment" section and enter the address.
What is the price of postage and packaging abroad?
The price of postage and packaging abroad is individually priced according to the weight of the package and the final delivery destination. The uniform postage stated in the e-shop is €38. To send a package abroad, the order must be paid by card or directly to the account before it is sent. If the goods are in stock and we have received payment, the goods are sent within 2 working days.
Do you need to know the price of postage and packaging before completing your order?
Please send us an email to: objednavky@fister.sk with a list of items that will be in the order (due to the weight of the entire package) and the name of the country to which you need to send the package. We will weigh your order for you and determine the costs of shipping it.
If you have already submitted your order and paid online, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the additional amount for shipping and packaging abroad that must be paid.
